I want to ensure all young people in Chelmsford and Uttlesford can attend excellent schools and get the support they need to fulfil their potential. Which is why I;
- Visit local primary and secondary schools across the constituency to hear from headteachers and the school community first hand
- Organised meetings with the Minister for Schools and local headteachers to discuss key concerns
- Backed the Government's increase in SEND funding allocation for Essex
- Supporting local schools impacted by RAAC and their progress as part of the Government's school rebuilding programme
- Welcomed an additional £2.6 million for schools in our constituency
- Work with Stansted Airport College and Writtle University College
