Yesterday, I met Susan Murray, who manages Lloyd’s bank in Saffron Walden and Bishop Stortford along with Local Director Steve Arnold and David Thomas, Group Business Support Manager.
We discussed what the bank is doing to combat financial fraud and how they are protecting vulnerable customers across the country from financial scams.
It is important that, as banking gets more sophisticated, security matches these changes. I was encouraged by the work that the Lloyd’s team have been doing locally to keep constituents safe from crime in particular those who are dependent on the local branch network.
