It was great to visit Broomfield School on Friday and meet with Headteacher Heather Shelley and Chair of Governors Ed Mayo.
I very much enjoyed my tour of the school, given to me by Maybell and Tommy, and for the rigorous interview I had with Alfie and Nieve at the end of the day.
The school is a lively and happy place which is a credit to the families and community of Broomfield village.
Finally, thank you for Cllr John Aldridge, Chris Hibbitt, Chair of Writtle Parish Council and Cllr Malcolm Watson for joining me at my surgery in Writtle and assisting me in answering constituents’ concerns.
