I recently spoke with the restaurant Manager at The Flitch House in Dunmow to find out how they have been managing since re-opening on the 15th June and what measures they have put in place to ensure they can welcome back customers safely.
Whilst it has been a difficult few months, like many local businesses The Flitch House has successfully received support through some of the various schemes set up by the Government.
The owners have ensured all the necessary measures are in place such as Track and Trace, hand sanitiser, electronic ordering/menus allowing customers to relax and enjoy a safe dining experience.
I am pleased restaurants like The Flitch House have been able to successfully open and are positive about the next few months.
Please visit our local restaurants, cafes and pubs as they need our support!
