Residents and businesses from across Uttlesford are invited to find out more about policing and community safety at a public meeting hosted by local MP Kemi Badenoch and Roger Hirst, Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex.
The meeting will take place between 7pm and 8pm on Thursday 25th January at the Dourdan Pavilion in Great Dunmow.
Attendees will have the opportunity to put their questions and concerns to the commissioner and hear about local initiatives to tackle crime, including anti-social behaviour in our towns and villages, rural crime and improving police visibility.
Following the uplift of Essex officers after the Government met its manifesto commitment for 20,000 new police officers, residents can hear how they are benefitting Uttlesford and the wider Essex county.

“These public meetings give residents the opportunity to raise their concerns and questions on policing and fire services in our area.
“Residents will also hear more about the Commissioners priorities for the district and wider county and the work our excellent officers are doing to keep us safe.”
